Solar work in California is regulated for good reason. Here are the credentials that authorize Green Future to design and install systems on your home.
Effective January 1, 2026
Green Future Energy is a licensed solar contractor in the State of California. Our license is in good standing and can be verified through the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage for the work we perform. Certificates of insurance are available on request before any installation begins.
Every installation we manage is permitted by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and inspected before final utility interconnection. Net-metering paperwork is filed with your utility and a copy is provided to you.
We install equipment from established Tier-1 manufacturers and maintain the installer authorizations required to honor each manufacturer's product warranty. Specific authorizations are listed on each product's order page in the store.
Green Future operates primarily in Southern California. If your project is outside our direct service area, we'll let you know up front and — when possible — refer you to a vetted partner rather than stretch beyond what we can stand behind.
We encourage every homeowner to verify a solar contractor's license before signing a contract. The CSLB website lets you confirm the license is active, check the classification, and review any disciplinary history.
