Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms describe the rules of the road for using greenfuture-us.com, our bill analysis tools, store, and consultation services.
Effective January 1, 2026

Green Future Energy provides decision-first solar guidance: bill analysis, educational content, equipment information, and a path to a licensed installation when it makes sense. The information on this site is general guidance, not a binding offer or a guarantee of savings. A formal proposal — with system size, equipment, pricing, and terms — is provided separately and signed before any installation begins.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (utility bills, addresses, contact details) and for keeping any account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or fraudulent information.
Equipment orders placed through the store are subject to availability, the order confirmation we send, and any separate purchase agreement. Installation services are governed by a written contract that includes scope, timeline, payment schedule, and the workmanship warranty referenced on the Warranties page.
Bill analyses, savings estimates, and production projections rely on the information you provide and on third-party data such as utility rate schedules and weather records. They are good-faith estimates, not promises. Actual results depend on usage, weather, rate-plan changes, and other factors outside our control.
The site, its content, and its design are owned by Green Future Energy or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; you may not republish or commercialize the content without written permission.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except for express written warranties in a signed contract, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the site or any information on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Future Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Liability for any direct claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
