10-Year Workmanship Warranty

Every full-installation project completed by Green Future is covered by a 10-year workmanship warranty against defects in installation. This covers the labor portion of the install — racking attachments, wiring, conduit runs, roof penetrations, and similar items — under normal residential use.

• Period: 10 years from the date of system commissioning.
• Covers: defects in workmanship and labor performed by Green Future.
• Service: on-site diagnosis and remediation at no cost to you.

Roof Penetration Warranty

We separately stand behind roof penetrations made during installation against leaks caused by our flashing or attachment work, in line with the workmanship period above. If a leak is traced to our installation, we repair the penetration and any directly related interior damage.

Equipment Warranties (Manufacturer)

Solar modules, inverters, batteries, and balance-of-system components carry warranties from their manufacturers. Typical coverage:

• Solar modules: 25 years on power performance, 12–25 years on product (varies by manufacturer).
• String / micro inverters: 10–25 years on product, depending on model.
• Batteries: typically 10 years or a stated throughput, whichever comes first.
• Mounting & racking: 10–25 years on structural integrity (varies).

How to Make a Claim

Call or email us first. For workmanship claims we handle the entire process directly. For manufacturer claims we file the paperwork on your behalf, manage the RMA, and complete any required field replacement.

What Is Not Covered

Damage from acts of nature outside design tolerance (extreme storms, falling trees, fire), unauthorized modifications, work performed by third parties on the system after installation, and ordinary wear of consumable items are not covered. Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance are also outside the warranty.

Store Products

Equipment purchased through the online store carries the manufacturer's product warranty (DIY scenarios). Workmanship warranties apply only to systems installed by Green Future or our authorized installation partners.

Transferability

The Green Future workmanship warranty transfers once to a subsequent homeowner of the same property at no charge, provided we're notified of the change of ownership within 30 days.
